PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating an ion source using a surface discharge body and CVD photocatalyst filter is provided to oxidize and decompose contaminants in the air by maximizing a bactericidal effect using an ultraviolet ray and oxidize and decompose an organic compound by generating a large amount of negative ion. CONSTITUTION: A negative ion generating part(100) generates a negative ion. A surface discharge body(200) generates a hydrogen positive ion using a surface discharge phenomenon. An air passage guide part(300) collects air flowing into the upper side of a main body. A CVD Photocatalyst filter settling part(400) is perpendicularly projected to settle a CVD photocatalyst filter(600). An UV lamp part(500) deodorizes and sterilizes the air flowing in. The CVD photocatalyst filter sterilizes the air inflowing with photocatalytic reaction.
