<p>PURPOSE: A super high strength reinforcing bar and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a reinforcing bar having yield strength over 800MPa, tensile strength over 900MPa, and elongation ratio over 10%. CONSTITUTION: A super high strength reinforcing bar comprises C 0.05-0.45 weight%, Si 0.10-0.35 weight%, Mn 0.1-0.85 weight%, Cr 0.6-1.20 weight%, Mo 0.05-0.35 weight%, residual Fe and inevitable impurities. A martenite structure is formed on a surface layer of the super high strength reinforcing bar. A center layer of the super high strength reinforcing bar comprises a ferrite structure having 5-7 micrometer particles.</p> |
