PURPOSE: An angle adjusting apparatus of a welding torch having a ball joint is provided to weld a material having a unique shape by rapidly fixing the posture of a welding torch. CONSTITUTION: An angle adjusting apparatus of a welding torch having a ball joint comprises a welding arm(110), a joint housing(120), and a ball rotator fixing unit(130). One end of the welding arm has a clamp for fixing a torch. A ball rotator is protruded from the other end of the welding arm. The joint housing comprises a spherical socket groove for accepting the ball rotator. The ball rotator fixing unit fixes the ball rotator by passing through the joint housing.
