MICROCAPSULES COMPRISING PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A microcapsule containing phase transitionable material is provided to simplify process and control, to increase capsulizing efficiency, and to obtain excellent thermal stability and physical strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of microcapsule containing a phase transitionable material comprises: a step preparing a phase transitionable material, an inorganic precursor and dispersed phase liquid; a step of preparing continuous phase liquid containing water and surfactant; a step of manufacturing mono-dispersed droplets by pressing the dispersed phase liquid into the continuous phase liquid through a porous membrane; and a step of capsulizing the phase transitionable material by polymerization of the inorganic precursor. The phase transitionable material and the inorganic precursor are used with the volume ratio of 1:9-9:1.
