PURPOSE: A system and a method for blocking an illegal call of roaming a subscriber are provided to prevent the illegal call of a subscriber which is roamed from other network from a previous gateway exchange station. CONSTITUTION: An RSCP(Roaming Service Control Point)(120) distinguishes whether an illegal call band of roaming subscriber exists or not based on an intelligent network service require message. The RSCP transmits a call connection message that includes a routing address in case of a normal band. The RSCP transmits a call release message in case of an illegality band. An MSCI(Mobile Switching Center)(110) performs a call release process or relay process to receive the call sending of the roaming subscriber to a receive subscriber according to the message transmitted from the RSCP.
