A cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparation intended for application to skin as a freshly prepared emulsion and can take the form of a cream or lotion. There are two phases (water/oil) that are mixed just prior to use. In a preferred embodiment, the aqueous phase consists : liquid panthenol, nicotinamide, riboflavin 5'- phosphate sodium, zinc sulphate heptahydrate, D-biotin, aloe vera gel freeze dried powder, Keltrol SFT CG, thiamine nitrate, lemon oil , Dermican PW LS9838, Cremaphor PEG40 Hydrated castor oil, potassium sorbate, and de-mineralised water.
