Method for regulating a functional value of a hydrodynamic component

The method involves determining learning values (LW) from a difference of acquired function values and predetermined function values when deviation of a correction value exists from a reference guide i.e. positioning pressure (Py, Soll). The learning values are stored depending on boundary conditions (RB) or utilized for changing multi-dimensional correction polynomial. The reference guide and/or the correction value are corrected with the stored learning values or the multidimensional correction polynomial depending on the boundary conditions.
