PURPOSE: A full-automatic cutting machine for vehicle components including a tuner cable is provided to automatically feed tuber cables and automatically cut tuber cables without dust, noise and harmful gas with a cutter. CONSTITUTION: A full-automatic cutting machine for vehicle components including a tuner cable comprises a feeding unit(10), a cutting unit(20), and an ejecting unit(30). The feeding unit comprises a feeding motor, first and second feeding rollers, a lift cylinder, a feeding clamp, a pinch roller, and a sensor. The first feeding roller rotates with the feeding motor. The lift cylinder lifts the second feeding roller. The feeding clamp clamps a material fed by the first and second feeding rollers. The pinch roller guides the material to a space between first and second feeding rollers. The sensor senses the rotation of the second feeding roller to determine the presence of the material. |
