METHOD FOR CONTROLLING QOS IN VARIOUS ACCESS NETWORK AND PROCESSING REDIAL FOR QOS

PURPOSE: An integrated QoS(Quality of Service) controlling method on various access networks and a re-dialing process method are provided to supply mVoIP(mobile Voice over Internet Protocol) and various multimedia services according to access coverage and QoS request characteristics on the various access networks. CONSTITUTION: A PCRF(Policy and Charging Rules Function)(130) transfers a QoS process request to a GGSN(Gateway GPRS Support Node)(120-1) of a WCDMA system in order to control BW according to a predetermined priority based on a peripheral access network and a QoS for supplying a multimedia service(452). The GGSN of the WCDMA system transmits a QoS transaction response to the PCRF(462). The PCRF transfers billing information about BW control on the WCDMA system to a CDF(464). An IMS call process is performed between a terminal and the GGSN of the WCDMA system.
