PURPOSE: A temperature measuring apparatus is provided to improve the accuracy and reliability in detecting the temperature of a material by removing a disturbance factor between a measuring unit and the material. CONSTITUTION: A temperature measuring apparatus comprises a measuring unit(10), an air injection unit(120,220), and a control unit(30). The measuring unit has a pyrometer(11) inside thereof to measure the temperature of a material(40) transferred through a transfer roller(41). The air injection unit covers the measuring unit and injects air toward the material. The control unit receives the measured temperature from the pyrometer and controls the operation of the air injection unit. The air injection unit comprises a first coupling part(121) coupled to the exterior of the measuring unit, a plurality of first nozzle parts(122) provided in the first coupling part, and a first supply part(123) connected to the first nozzle parts for individual supply of air.
