PURPOSE: An electrophoresis particle, electrophoresis medium, and electrophoresis display device are provided to display fast response speed by generating a condensation phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A binder region includes a PMMA(12) and one or more ionic bonds combined on a main chain. The PMMA is formed in a particle shape. A color material is dispersed on the binder region. A charge control agent(30) is dispersed on the binder region. A surfactant is combined with an ionic combiner. A part of the surfactant is exposed to the surface of a particle.
