Electronic control system for controlling the power consumption of multiple consumers of electricity

The system has separate electronic switching devices (MF1-MF3) provided for electrical heating elements (RH1-RH3) and controlling power consumption of the elements. The system synchronizes rising flank of output voltage of one switching device with descending flank of output voltage of another switching device and regulates performance of the elements in a specific number of discrete stages. The system provides specific percentage values of the elements and changes the stages temporarily such that desired percentage performance is supplied to the elements in a temporal way. The switching devices are MOSFET switches or an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT). An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling power consumption to a common energy supply network.
