PURPOSE: A flexible display holder stage and substrate mounting method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of a moire pattern by supporting an edge of a substrate which penetrates a penetration hole of a substrate holder. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is loaded in a main body which is separated from a substrate holder. A plurality of substrate support pins(125) is installed in the internal outline of the main body and supports the edge of the substrate. A substrate holder support(130) supports the substrate holder which is included in the lower part of the substrate support pin. A plurality of substrate holder support supports the substrate putting into the inside of the main body. An align unit(170) aligns the substrate in the substrate support pin. |
