<p>PURPOSE: A sandblaster system is provided to increase the recycling rate of sand by easily collecting sand from mixed air through a cyclone. CONSTITUTION: A sandblaster system comprises a blaster(100), a cyclone(200), and a dust collector(300). A product is produced in the blaster by operating a foot board(70) so that an injector(13) injects compressed air from an air compressor(1) and sand from a sand storage tank(20) into a work chamber(10). The sand injected by the injector is collected into the sand storage tank through the operation of an opening/closing unit(30). The cyclone comprises a separating unit(210) which is connected to the work chamber through a first connecting pipe(211) and filters sand in the mixed air and a sand box(220) which is detachably installed by a fastener(230) on the underside of the separating unit. The dust collector is connected to the cyclone through a second connecting pipe(311) and collects dust included in the mixed air.</p> |
