The slider (10) has a lateral slider profile (2) comprising an upper part (21) made of metal and detachably connected with a lower part (22). The upper part of the slider profile represents a metal sheet plate, and the lower part of the slider profile represents a profile with reinforcement units that extend over a part of a surface of the profiles. The lower part of the slider profile includes cross bars as the reinforcement units. The lower part of the slider profile is made of plastic by injection molding. Functional elements are provided at the lower part.
