PURPOSE: An automatic water sterilizing and purifying apparatus is provided to conveniently manage the sterilization of the apparatus and to minimize the amount of bacteria in a storing tank. CONSTITUTION: An automatic water sterilizing and purifying apparatus(100) includes a filtering system(10), a purified water tank(T), a circulating unit(30), a sterilizing module(50), and a controlling unit(90). The filtering system purifies raw water. The circulating unit is in connection with the filtering system and the purified water tank. The circulating unit circulates purified water stored in the purified water tank to the filtering system. The sterilizing module is arranged at a water purifying line connecting the filtering system and the purified water tank. The sterilizing module converts purified water to sterilizing materials according to electrical signals.
