PURPOSE: A communication service facility cost calculating system and method thereof are provided to accurately calculate facility cost by calculating facility cost by service according to the distribution rate and to generate a cost list which records the group cost. CONSTITUTION: A basic data collection apparatus(10) adds the depreciation cost of each facility and collects group cost. A facility cost calculating apparatus(20) classifies the group in a hierarchical block and calculates the distribution ratio of the hierarchical block based on cost motivation information. The facility cost calculating apparatus includes a block generator(21), a distribution processor(22) and a cost output unit(23).
