PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating the nitrogen oxide of flue gas is provided to accelerate an eliminating reaction and effectively eliminate nitrogen dioxide by preventing the temperature reduction of the flue gas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for eliminating the nitrogen oxide of flue gas includes a spraying pipe(20), a plurality of spraying nozzle(30), and a supplying pipe(10). The spraying pipe is installed at the inner circumference of a stack(1) which discharges the flue gas. The spraying nozzles are installed at the spraying pipe. The supplying pipe connects the spraying pipe and a water tank(40). The supplying pipe is installed at the outer circumference of the stack. A branched pipe(70) is in connection with the supplying pipe and is in connection with a steaming pipe(60). A path converting valve(80) is installed at the connecting part of the supplying pipe and the branched pipe.
