PURPOSE: A system for controlling a vehicle is provided to control convenience devices by detecting motion of driver hands through a camera equipped inside of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling a vehicle comprises: a plurality of infrared LEDs installed in the center facia(1) inside the vehicle; a camera, which is inside of the vehicle, for detecting the irradiating amount of the infrared LEDs; and a controller for controlling convenience devices equipped in the center facia by the irradiated amount of the infrared LEDs.
