PLATE FORMATION METHOD USING FOR CNC MACHINE

PURPOSE: A panel forming method using a computer numerical control lathe is provided to reduce processing time because a machining process is not required after a forging or casting process. CONSTITUTION: A panel forming method using a computer numerical control(CNC) lathe is as follows. A panel is located at the headstock of a CNC lathe(S1). A tailstock for securely fixing the position of the panel is located in the opposite direction to the headstock(S2). A tool having a sharp tip applies pressure to a rotary panel, and parts of the panel are vertically protruded from the center line of the panel(S3). The panel is placed on a clamp. A tool having an inclined tip applies pressure to the ends of the rotary panel, and the ends of the panel are vertically protruded from the center line of another panel(S4).
