PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to block external electrostatic by forming a transparent conductive layer which covers a routing line and a guide ring line. CONSTITUTION: A substrate includes an active area and an edge area. First and second electrodes are formed in the active area. Pad electrodes transfer a signal corresponding to the first and the second electrodes. A routing line is connected to the pad electrode. A guide ring line(160) covers the edge of the routing line. A transparent conductive layer(150) covers the routing line and the guide ring line. |
