PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing drinks, a method for planting bean sprouts, an apparatus for purifying water and fluid materials, a method for manufacturing healthful materials based on water or fluid materials, and an eco friendly treating system for the same are provided to prevent the generation of green algae in a water tank and to eliminate bacterial and microorganisms from water based on the impacting action of a brush unit. CONSTITUTION: Underground water, tap water, or river water is continuously supplied to a first water tank(3) by opening a first adjusting valve(77) in combination with a first introducing pipe(7) based on the continuous rotation of brushes(9). A second adjusting valve(2) in the first water tank is adjusted to supply purified water from the first water tank to a second water tank(1). Remaining water is continuously discharged to the outside. The brushes are arranged in a first separating hole(4) and a second separating hole(5). |
