PURPOSE: An information exchange support system between teachers and support method thereof are provided to improve collaboration between teachers by enabling the teachers to easily share information. CONSTITUTION: A teacher environment construction server(100) receives teacher identification information and detailed teacher information from a teacher terminal(200). The teacher environment construction server registers the information of teachers. The teachers are able to share the detailed teacher information and the connection information of the teacher each other. The teacher environment construction server supports a file sharing service and a message transmission service.
