PURPOSE: A moisture controlling apparatus for a flowerpot is provided to prevent the outgrowth difficulty of plants by the lack or water or excessive water. CONSTITUTION: A moisture controlling apparatus for a flowerpot comprises the following: a humidity sensor(110) installed in soil(11) inside the flowerpot(10) for measuring the humidity of the soil and outputting as a detected signal; a water storage unit(120) for storing water to be supplied to the flowerpot; a water supply unit(130) pumping the water from the water storage unit, and supplying to the soil inside the flowerpot; and a controller receiving the detected signal from the humidity sensor for drying the water supply unit when the detected humidity is lower than the prefixed value.
