PURPOSE: A container for zinc hot dip galvanizing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve material properties by stabilizing carbide and to secure high-temperature strength by adding a small amount of Mo, Nb, and V. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a container for zinc hot dip galvanizing is as follows. A board for manufacturing a container for zinc hot dip galvanizing is formed(S100). The board is first reheated(S110). The first reheated board is first rolled at the temperature of 950-1000 degrees(S120). The first rolled board is second rolled at the temperature of 850-950 degrees(S130). The second rolled board is first cooled(S140). The first cooled board is second reheated(S150). The second reheated board is second cooled(S160). The second cooled board is tempered(S170). The center of the tempered board is stamped(S180). The side surfaces of the U-shaped board are sealed(S190).
