PURPOSE: A guide panel for a display device is provided to prevent light leakage due to the bent or pressing of display panel by placing the display panel on the panel receiving part. CONSTITUTION: A set cover has receiving space which is prepared by a set plate and a set side wall. A guide panel(300) is partly moved by the pressure of the display panel by being connected to the set side wall. A bonding unit receives the display panel to the guide panel by being formed on the guide panel. The guide panel comprises the guide side wall, the panel receiving part(330), and a plurality of slits(340). A plurality of slits are formed on the panel receiving part in order to partly receive the display panel to the panel receiving part.
