APPARATUS FOR MARKING DEFECT OF ROLLING PRODUCTS IN INSPECTING USING ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCER AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A defect marking apparatus and a defect marking method at the time of the ultrasonic inspection of a rolled product are provided to improve inspection accuracy by accurately marking the defect positions of a product. CONSTITUTION: A defect marking apparatus at the time of the ultrasonic inspection of a rolled product comprises a ultrasonic detection unit(110) and a defect marking unit(130). The ultrasonic detection unit is formed under a rolled product(S) and detects whether the inner side of the rolled product has defects or not. If the inner side of the rolled product has the defects, the ultrasonic detection unit detects the positions of the defects. The defect marking unit is arranged in the front of the ultrasonic detection unit and marks the positions of the defects.
