PURPOSE: A turn-buckle fixing apparatus for a plastic panel water tank is provided to fix both ends of a turn-buckle by being inserted in between steel reinforcement plates forming the outer walls of the water tank. CONSTITUTION: A turn-buckle fixing apparatus(100) for a plastic panel water tank fixes the ends of a turn-buckle by being installed on a steel reinforcement plate for supporting the outer walls of the water tank manufactured with plastic panels. The turn-buckle fixing apparatus comprises the following: a cross-fixing piece(102) formed by combining two rectangular steel plates with plural through-holes(102a); a base plate(104) welded central to one intersecting side of the cross-fixing piece; a fixing screw(106) welded to the center of the base plate; and a fixing socket(108) including a body with a hole, and screw threads on the inside of the hole to screw-combine the fixing screw.
