PURPOSE: A composition of toothbrush bristles is provided to have superior tooth-decay preventing effects and tooth whitening effects without harming the body by using natural additives. CONSTITUTION: A composition for the bristles of a toothbrush comprises 3-5 parts by weight plum powder, 2-6 parts by weight walnut tree powder, 1-3 parts by weight lettuce powder and 0.5-5 parts by weight nano silver porous silica complex powder on the basis of 100 parts by weight synthetic resin. The synthetic resin comprises one compound or combinations of two or more which are selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyvinylchloride, polycarbonate, polyphenylene oxide, polyurethane, acrylonitrile, and silicon.
