PURPOSE: A door out belt fixing clip for vehicles is provided to prevent a belt unfastened due to the improved structure of a belt holder using a clip to enable control in both horizontal and vertical directions. CONSTITUTION: A door out belt fixing clip for vehicles comprises a body part(17) and a clip part(18). The body part catches a door out belt. The clip part is mounted into a hole(14) of a door panel to be hung and has elasticity. The clip part comprises a first hanging piece(19) and a second hanging piece(20). The first hanging piece is hung on the bottom surface at the upper part of the door panel in order to control the movement of the belt in a vertical direction and rotation. The second hanging piece is hung on the upper part of the door panel to control the movement of the belt in a horizontal direction and prevent the belt unfastened.
