PURPOSE: A bamboo plywood is provided to prevent the flowing-in of an adhesive to grooves, thereby maintaining flexibility which is the inherent property of a bamboo fabric board. CONSTITUTION: A bamboo plywood comprises a board plank(10), bamboo fabric board(30). Adhesive(50) and reinforcing member(70). The board plank comprises bamboo materials and has honeycomb structure. The adhesive bonds the bamboo fabric board. The reinforcing member comprises net structure threads between the board plank and the bamboo fabric board. The threads comprise filament or yarn.
