THE LENS-MOLD AUTOMATIC SEPARATION EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A device for automatically separating lens mold is provided to reduce the failure ratio of products by preventing crack and damage to lens molds attached to the upper and lower parts of lens when being separated. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically separating lens mold comprises a fixing base(100), a transfer unit(200), a pickup(300), a mount, a suction unit(500), a separating unit(600), a press unit(700), and a discharge unit(800). The transfer unit is installed on the top of the fixing base. The transfer unit transfers lens mold. The pickup picks and moves lens mold transferred by the transfer unit. The lens mold moved by the pickup is placed on the mount. For the lens mold to not move, the suction unit fixes the lens mold by suction. The separating unit separates lens from the lens mold using a rolling unit.
