摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an emitter is provided to improve a field emission property by forming a carbon nanotube film using electrophoretic deposition and to improve the emission uniformity of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: Carbon nanotube suspension which is functioned is prepared(S100). A carbon nanotube films is formed in one end of a graphite tip using the carbon nanotube suspension which is functioned(S200). The carbon nanotube films is formed and a graphite tip is dried(S300). The graphite tip which is dried is treated by heat(S400). The carbon nanotube suspension which is functioned comprises the carbon nanotube, SDS(Sodium Dodecy Sulfate), and water.
