PURPOSE: An eccentricity sensing device for a rolling mill is provided to reduce malfunction during a rolling process by performing a centering work on a workpiece before the rolling process. CONSTITUTION: An eccentricity sensing device for a rolling mill comprises a table(10), side guides, a drive unit(80), a transfer roller(50), and a load cell. The side guides are movably installed in the table and guide both ends of a workpiece. The drive unit has a drive shaft(82). The transfer roller is installed in the side guides and is slidably connected to the drive shaft. The load cell is inserted between the transfer roller and the drive shaft.
