PURPOSE: An injection mold device and an injection molding method thereof are provided to improve the quality of an injection-molded product by ejecting the product through air. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold device(1) comprises a mold unit(10), a supply unit(20), and an ejection unit(30). A cavity(C) is formed by coupling first and second molds(11,13) of the mold unit to each other and has a height less than 1.2mm. The supply unit supplies a melted material(R) to the cavity. The ejection unit ejects a molded product solidified in the cavity.
