ION CLUSTER GENERATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An ion cluster generating apparatus is provided to lower the output voltage of an electric circuit part by decreasing a sparkover voltage. CONSTITUTION: The both ends of a discharged plate(50) is inserted into the both sides of one side of a circuit part case(10) which has an electric circuit part for plasma discharge. The both ends of the discharged plate are inserted through a holder(20) which has a groove of a "�� shape. An input power source terminal supplies a power source to the electric circuit part. The output terminal of the electric circuit part prints out an AC(Alternating Current) high voltage from the electric circuit part. The discharged plate is composed of a ceramic plate(40). An outer electrode is rolled with a stainless mesh net(30). A leaf spring(60) for earth is automatically touched with the stainless mesh net through the discharged plate.
