PURPOSE: A straddle tool is provided to prevent foreign materials from flowing into a gap between a movable block and a lower support block and to prevent an upper cutting tool from falling down when a coupling bolt is removed from the upper cutting tool. CONSTITUTION: A straddle tool comprises upper and lower structures(100,200). The upper structure comprises an upper fixing block(110), an upper support block(140), a tool fixing bar, and a fall prevention bolt(139). An upper cutting tool(120) is inserted into a groove(110a) of the upper fixing block. The upper support block supports the upper fixing block. The tool fixing bar closely supports the upper cutting tool. The fall prevention bolt is coupled to a coupling groove(120b) of the upper cutting tool and prevents the upper cutting tool from falling down. The lower structure comprises a lower fixing block(210), a movable block(230), and a lower support block(240). A lower cutting tool(220) is inserted into a groove(210a) of the lower fixing block. The movable block is coupled to the other side of the lower fixing block and is vertically movable. The lower support block supports the movable block and guides the vertical movement of the movable block.
