PURPOSE: A marine structure and a construction method thereof are provided to safely store stocks even if a reinforced concrete structure is cracked by integrating the reinforced concrete structure with a lining plate. CONSTITUTION: A marine structure comprises a bottom part(10), wall parts(20), and lining plates(30). The bottom part is composed of a reinforced concrete material. The wall parts are composed of a reinforced concrete material and are upward extended from the bottom part to form a space having an opened top. The lining plates are upward extended from the top surface of the bottom part and are integrally coupled to the bottom and wall parts.
