摘要 PURPOSE: A small-sized manipulator for a single port surgery is provided to help a user to easily disinfect or replace an end effecter by installing the end effecter to be detachable from a manipulator. CONSTITUTION: A detachable guide(111) is arranged in a main body and helps the separation of components. A grip end effecter(121) is detachably combined inside the main body and has a clamp. A suction / injection end effecter(123) inputs a medical solution and absorbs an infection agent. A stereo endoscope(125) is detachably arranged in the main body. A grip driver module(131) drives one of rotation of the grip end effecter in x, y, z direction and the operation of the clamp. The suction / injection driver module(133) runs one of the rotation of the suction / injection end effecter in x, y, z direction.
