<p>The disk has a friction ring arranged coaxial to a brake pot (2). The brake pot includes radial form-fit elements (2'') e.g. projections, designed at a cylindrical circumferential surface (2'). The form-fit elements are connected with the friction ring in form-fit manner. The friction ring is arranged at the circumferential surface in spray compacted manner. The friction ring is made of metal, metal alloy, metal matrix-composite alloy i.e. metal matrix-composite aluminum alloy, with hard materials. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a spray compacted system comprising a rotatingly driven mold plate (2) a method for manufacturing a compound brake disk.</p> |
