<p>PURPOSE: An LED lighting device is provided to control output voltage by identically maintaining the output voltage with no-load voltage and to successfully turn on an LED lamp. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus comprises a diode bridge(DB), a smoothing capacitor(C1), a lighting device, and two lamp sockets(LS). An LED lighting device comprises a electric power inverter(1), a current meter unit(2), a voltage detecting unit(3), and a control unit(4). The electric power inverter has output voltage which is changed. The current meter unit detects a output current which is provided to an LED lamp through lamp sockets from the electric power inverter. The voltage detecting unit detects the output voltage which is provided to the LED lamp through the lamp sockets. The control unit controls the electric power inverter by controlling the output voltage.</p> |
