PURPOSE: A marker for determining presence and type of cytoplasmic male sterility in Brassica sp. is provided to save breeding cost. CONSTITUTION: A marker for determining cytoplasmic male sterility in Brassica sp. comprises: BramsA primer set having oligonuecleotides of sequence numbers 1 and 2; BramsB1 primer set having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 3 and 4; BramsB2 primer set having olinucleotides of sequence numbers 5 and 6; BramsE primer set having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 7 and 8; BramsF primer set having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 9 and 10; BramsH2 primer set having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 11 and 12; BramsC primer set having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 13 and 14; BramsK2 primer set having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 15 and 16; or BramsH1 having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 17 and 18.
