摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An ultra high strength reinforcing steel, and a method for producing the same are manufacture ultra high strength reinforcing steel having yield strength more than 800MPA, tensile strength more than 900MPA, and elongation ratio more than 10%. CONSTITUTION: An ultra high strength reinforcing steel comprises C: 0.05~0.50wt%, Si: 0.1~0.35wt%, Mn: 0.85~2.0wt%, V: 0.001~0.15wt%, S: 0.001~0.08wt%, and iron. The standard is D10~D16. A hardened layer, martensite structure, is formed in the surface layer. The ferrite, having particle size of 3~7μm, and the narrow ferlite structure are included in an inter-layer space. A manufacturing method of ultra high strength reinforcing steel comprises the next step. A billet for steel reinforcement, made from C: 0.05~0.50wt%, Si: 0.1~0.35wt%, Mn: 0.85~2.0wt%, V: 0.001~0.15wt%, S: 0.001~0.08wt%, and Fe, is heated to perform a rolling process twice. The hot rolling process of manufacturing the billet for the steel reinforcement and a intermediate rolling process with the steel reinforcement shape are performed. The billet for the steel reinforcement is water-cooled through a temp-core process to 400~600°C and cooled by air.</p>
