PURPOSE: A 3D TV using an RF wireless communication and synchronization method of a 3D TV system using the same are provided to enable a user to watch plural images at the same time by transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal between 3D TVs. CONSTITUTION: In case the synchronization signal of other 3D TV is not matched with the synchronization signal of a 3D TV, a synchronization adjustment unit matches the synchronization signal of other 3D TV with the synchronization signal of the 3D TV(S110, S120). A synchronization signal generation unit creates a synchronization signal matched with the synchronization signal of other 3D TV(S130). An RF(Radio Frequency) communication unit transmits the generated synchronization signal to a 3D glasses(S140). The 3D glasses is synchronized through the received synchronization signal(S150).
