PURPOSE: An auto transmission is provided to improve driving force performance and consumption and to embody a shift gear of advancing 7speed and backing 3speed by mixing 4planetary gear sets, 3clutches, and 3brakes. CONSTITUTION: A first sun gear(R1) is connected to a case. A first carrier(C1) is gear-combined in the first sun gear. A first ring gear is gear-combined with the first carrier and is connected to an input shaft by the medium of a first clutch. A second sun gear is connected to the input shaft by the medium of a second clutch. A second carrier(C2) is gear-combined in the second sun gear and is connected to the input shaft by the medium of a third clutch. A second ring gear is connected to a case by the medium of a first brake. A third ring gear is connected to the case by the medium of a second brake.
