PURPOSE: A capacitive touch screen panel having a low refractive index layer is provided to implement a high transmittance image by including a low refractive index layer in the lower part of a transparent protection coating layer. CONSTITUTION: An upper adhesion layer(120a) is formed on the lower side of a substrate. An upper transparent conductive layer(130a) is formed on the bottom of the top adhesion layer. A lower adhesion layer(120b) is formed on the lower side of the upper transparent conductive layer. A lower transparent conductive layer(130b) is formed on the lower side of the lower adhesion layer. A transparent protection coating layer(140a) is formed on the bottom side of the lower transparent conductive layer. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is formed on the lower side of an adhesion layer.
