PURPOSE: A vehicle-monitor holder is provided to freely adjust the tilting angle of a monitor using multiple adjusting units and to easily adjust the installation angle of the monitor when necessary. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle monitor holder comprises a first adjusting unit(10), a second adjusting unit(20), a third adjusting unit, a fourth adjusting unit, and a fifth adjusting unit(50). The first and second adjusting units adjust the vertical and horizontal tilting angles of a monitor(100), respectively. The third adjusting unit adjusts the vertical height of the monitor depending on the coupling height of first and second sliding members(31,32). The fourth adjusting unit adjusts the longitudinal position of the monitor depending on the coupling length of third and fourth sliding members(42,43). The fifth adjusting unit adjusts the vertical and horizontal inclination of the monitor.
