PURPOSE: A high temperature steam oven cooker for cooktops is provided to make most of cooking as a health food by expanding the range of cooking temperature through controlling the temperature of a heating source. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature steam oven cooker for cooktops is comprised of a lid, a body, a steam outlet, a steam guiding unit, and a cooking part. The lid seals hermetically the part of the steam outlet. The body receives heat from a heating source such as a cook top while receiving cooking materials. The steam outlet receives heat and boils water to output steam. The steam guiding unit guides stem close to a heating source to reheating the steam and receives moisture or oil falling from the heated cooking material. |
