PURPOSE: The inspection apparatus of an OLED panel is provided to maximize productivity while minimizing the scale of equipment by consecutively executing a characteristic test and an image inspection of the OLED panel. CONSTITUTION: A rotational stage(100) is gradually and horizontally rotated. A fixed stage(200) is installed on the top of the rotational stage. A panel supplier(300) successively supplies OLED panels to one side of the rotational stage. A characteristic test unit(400) inspects various kinds characteristic including luminance of the OLED panel. An image photographing unit(500) takes a photograph of an image of the OLED panel which is transferred according to the rotational stage and detects a defect part. A maker indicates the defect part on the OLED panel.
