WIDEBAND LOW NOISE FREQUENCY DOWN CONVERTER FOR SELECTING MULTI-BAND LO USING PLL

PURPOSE: A broadband LNB(Low Noise Block-Down converter) capable of selecting a multiband LO using a PLL(Phase Locked Loop) is provided to convert a frequency using a local signal which is suitable for a field frequency environment. CONSTITUTION: A control signal receiving part(110) receives a control signal which is determined according to the operation area of a low noise frequency converter. A frequency determining part(120) determines the frequency of a local signal according to the control signal. A broadband PLL(Phase Locked Loop) local signal generating part(130) generates the local signal corresponding to the frequency which is determined through the frequency determining part. A high frequency signal receiving part(140) receives a broadcast and communications signals which are transmitted while being converted into a high frequency. A frequency decoding part(150) demodulates the broadcast and communications signals into an intermediate frequency band using the local signal.
